Using the Facility

The Clean Room
The LCDRF Cleanroom is available for use by students, researchers, and industrial partners. Users must receive safety instruction from cleanroom staff, and pass a safety quiz before being permitted to use the facility. Process-specific training is offered as well. All users must go through a check-out procedure before they are permitted to use equipment independently.

The facility is accessible during normal business hours (8:30 - 5:30PM weekdays). Weekly cleanroom meetings are held on Mondays at 9:00 AM in the LCI Seminar Room, for users who intend to access the facility during that week.
