
Our current research interests include bent-core and other reduced symmetry liquid crystals, bent-core and electro-spun fibers, flexoelectricity and piezoelectricity, small volume rheometry, and bent-core blue phases.

Dr. Stefanie Taushanoff successfully defended her PhD thesis to receive her degree in Chemical Physics. She is currently teaching at Wasada University in Tokyo, Japan.
